Dear Lords and Ladies,

The Seraphim ladies again journey to join our good King Henry VIII at the village of Crownsville, near the port of Annapolis, for the Harvest Festival in Revel Grove. We join his court each year to renew acquaintances, exchange stories, gossip, sing and dance.  Being ladies, we usually are singing about love.  And gossiping!

We welcome Lady Alexandra, visiting from Scotland, and Contessa Nunzia visting again from Italy.  This year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Twenty-Three, we will be at Revel Grove Saturday and Sunday, September 16 and 17.

The plot line this year is here: https://rennfest.com/this-years-story-line/
For those not familiar with Seraphim, we are a women’s vocal group. We perform at the fall Maryland Renaissance Festival, at restaurants, parties, and  historic houses during the Holiday season, and at appropriate venues during the spring and summer with our 1940’s and Renaissance shows.  At the Renaissance Festival, we have a 1/2 hour stage show, in which we use dialog, acting, and Renaissance songs and dances to tell a story, usually having something to do with love. This year, we again have a wealth of music written by none other than our good King, Henry VIII. We wrestle with happiness in love, and gossip about our friends, some of whom are finding love in unexpected places! www.seraphimquartet.org
